hello i have an insurance question. do i have to be insured like if my mom is insured can i drive legally? my insurance company is statefarm. please email me at [email protected] or im me at lurkerpika i need response asap thanks

I think you have to have the car insured. Check with state laws. I know that in Louisiana you have to have insurance (and proof with you) in order to drive legally.

i have state farm and i live in illinois... if your car is insured bye you mother I CAN DRIVE IT as long as she dosnt have an age clause which I CAN STILL DRIVE IT just no collision protection... I dont believe state farm does age clauses anyways... an age clause lowers your insurance bye saying no one under 23 will drive my car...... Now one other thing according to state farm if you have 3 people with drivers licesnes in the house and you have 3 cars each car must have a seperate primary driver... soo that means you need to buy a CRX or a Dodge Sundance (2 very reliable sh*t bangers) for a winter beater and insure yourself under that thing...

like my mom bought a rav 4 i think i might be the primary for that cause its cheaper but since i hit a pole and broke car like 2 monthes ago she wants to remove my name save on insurance does that work?
