ok i got my water pump and timing belt replaced last week and now the idle is bad when i stop at a red light or stop sign it idles at like 500 rpms and feels like it wants to stall out but if i put the AC on it idles at 1000 rpms. i brought it back to the shop and they turned the distributor alittle and it fix the problem for like a day now back to square one they says its the timing belt breaking in so they will have to keep turn the distributor but i dont know if thats a good thing to do.... please any input would be good

there is an artical about idle adjustment...i suggest you try that and write back if you continue to have problems...if you raise your idle it might fix the ac problem since the car may be raving that high because if it revs where it was the engine would die with the extra pull
