I've got a 96 teg racecar my wife drives. I've built several integras ranging from obd0 to obd1. This car is giving me fits tho. The car runs and pulls great for about 8 laps then goes into "idle mode". When this happens she can pull it out of gear, put it back into gear and it's fine for a few laps and does the same thing. I have replaced everything but the injectors, regulator, and idle air control. New map, tips. Oil pressure sensor, speed sensor, fuel filter, fuel pump, main relay, clutch switch (both of them) etc. Anyone ever have this problem?

I have no idea what you may be referring to with the term "idle mode".

Honestly, a honda service tech used that term. I can't figure it out either. It's like the car dies but doesn't shut off. At full throttle (when it does this) it's just a bog. The engine is idling but won't accelerate. Once she pulls it out of gear and the rpms drop for a second, she can put it back in gear and go for a few more laps.
