Just changed my radiator and one of the hoses that go to the bottom for oil cracked and I’m leaking oil. What’s my best option for fixing it ??

i assume you have an automatic integra?
automatic radiators have a build in trans cooler on the bottom.
if it cracked, best thing is to buy a replacement radiator.
oe style rads are too cheap to not replace in this case

I do indeed have a automatic trans, it’s just the rubber hose on one of two lines is it as easy as just buying ft of hose and cut it to size ?

remove hose, bring to auto part store and let them know you need a transmission fluid line of same length.
your universal auto part store ie. oreilly's/autozone will sell hose by length. just make sure it is made of the correct material so it will not deteriorate and withstand the temp of the fluid that is going through it
