How do you disconnect the low beam bulb from the plug? Do I just pull it out? And how do i take the bulb out of the housing? Do i also just pull it out? I'm worried that I might break something so Im asking you guys first.

My friend borrowed it and he lost it. I also dont want to get a Helms manual right now.
