I see some oil on my block, in the front, where the head meets the block. Im pretty sure its not the headgasket since overheating is a problem with a bad headgasket and im not overheating at all. Im thinking it could be my cam seals, but im not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

its most likely your cam seal cap..a common problems on integra b series motors. just look up under the cam seal cap and see if there is a lil bead of oil under there and if there is thats ur answer
