Does anyone know of a dealer or mechanic in colorado that can tune with hondata? If so where are they?

Yes, Tobi at TC's Performance in Arvada is an authorized Hondata dealer and tuner. He's very experienced with tuning Hondata, as well as doing everything else on a Honda/Acura, and he has an excellent reputation. He's the one that got 423whp out of Mark's daily-driven turbo Type-R, as well as the one that built that engine. Last I knew, his rate was $150/hr, which includes the dyno time... a little more than some other tuners, but you get what you pay for and he stands by his work.

Tobi is the HondaGod for a reason....and Marks R was pretty damn sweet. What ever happened to that car? I know he sold it...but where did it go?
