Help explain the parts diagram

take a look at the parts diagram why is there in the item description two labels for # 8, #7. Btw i'm purchasing bushings cause i'm getting alot of creeking noise on all four wheels durings bumps, if anyone know what parts I should change, let me know.

When it says for #7 Rubber, that means for the back and when it says Rubber FR, means for the front.

For #8, Base means for the back, Base FR means parts for the front.
