I have a 94 GSR with a JDM rear sway bar riding on ITR shocks/springs/LCA. when i do an alignment, should i tell them i have an ITR suspension or GSR?

No, it won't matter to them. As long as you have camber kits.

the last time i had my alignment (when it was still stock GSR), on the computer the guy had to select what car it was. there was one for "Type-R" and one for "Integra ex. Type-R". so i thought they might be different.

Your still going to tell him how you want the car set up.

That's for spec reasons and if your car is a GSR just tell them that.
