Hey all, just bought some nice tuner lugs off ebay. I know the tool isn't unique like a lock, so I got them even though the tool wasn't included (only $4). I just want to make sure I buy the right tool... can someone point me in the right direction? Maybe to a place I dont' have to pay shipping?

I've got those nuts and the tool. When you get the complete set, it comes with a referance number unique to the package. The only way to reorder the tool, according to the packaged instructions, is to mail in that specialized referance number.

I've long lost that number, but it only costs $20 for a complete set of nuts and the tool.

If those happen to be the nuts you ordered, I don't think they will fit. Hondas/Acuras use an acorn-shaped nut, where the ones in the picture look to have a reamed shape. The picture could be hiding something, but they don't look like the ones I have.

Good luck to ya.

Well maybe I need to take more pics, but these ARE NOT locks with a unique key. I need to find the tool, but there is a generic tool for them. If you look at them, the grooves are even, while on a gorilla lock (which I have on my other car) has the unique cut shape etc.

I'll find a site that has the tool to use for them that I'm talking about and post it here. I think there was only one...

BTW, what do you mean our cars don't need tuner nuts? Why would these not work? The bottom is the same shape as my other gorilla lugs that work perfect on my other car... I'll take pics of each side of them next to each other when I get home...

Honda wheels use ball seat lugs which are different from the taper or flat seat lugs used with most aftermarket wheels. Just make sure you have the right lugs for your application. For example, if you install taper seat lugs on ball seat wheels, they won't really give you any indication that they don't seat properly, so pay attention!
