[Arbido]

I have a '91 integra and on certain occassions when I turn my car own it starts and shuts off. I turn it on again and it does the same thing and also if I were to put it in Neutral the rpm gauge goes up and down. it goes to about 2200 and then down to 1200 and it just keep doing it until I either turn it off or put it back in gear. I been asking around and looking through the site to see if it is a fuel pump problem before I consider buying a new 1.
