Here's a pic of that lip installed on my car, I highly recommend it to anyone, I hope that $350 is in Canadian currency because you can buy the entire kit for under $499 US.

not positive, but i think only 98+ because of the shape of the front end.

Yep, only 98+, this is by far the best looking kit out there IMO, too bad they didnt make it fit the model years most people have (94-97).

No the Tsunami lip is different, they are similar though. I got my kit from someone off Honda-Tech, but check out www.groupbuycenter.com if you want a full kit, otherwise ebay.
