Front brake bracket kit.

When I got my Tein SS they didn't come with brackets for the brake hoses in the front. Does anyone sell a kit for those or will I just have to fabricate my own. The instrutions that came with the Teins said to reuse the oem ones which is impossible since they are welded on.
