Well dag-diggity doggone darn,

DC SS, 2-pc 4-2-1 header installed recently and I hear this hissing sound when in gear AND when reving in neutral.

I'll try and check where the leak is, but if I can't find it - i'm going camping tomorrow and the place is an hour and a half drive away.

Is this exhaust leak harmful?

What are the implications?

Probably won't hurt anything, but emissions will increase depending on the location of the leak. Go to an exhaust shop.

You can still drive it but I would definately get it looked at.

you are losing power if there is a leak. check and see if you put the black rubber gasket that connects the header to the cat. a lot of people forget that, so they end up with a leak.
