So I just picked up my first Acura integra. I have zero experience with these or hondas in general. When I turn the key it clicks and nothing happens. I have to turn the key a few times and hear a few of these clicks, which are failed attempts at starting, before it turns over and runs. Sometimes it takes a couple time to start, sometimes 10 tries before it starts. I replaced the main relay thinking that would help, but it hasn't. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

try whacking the starter solenoid with a pipe or something heavy.
if that does the trick get a solenoid rebuild kit like this:

also might try to clean or replace ignition switch:

also clean your thermostat housing ground.
do not just eyeball it, get in there with sand paper and brakeclean or whatever

Well, I've cleaned up the ground connections, tapped the starter with and without the key turned. Battery is fine. Still having the same issue.

ignition switch is a known issue.
cleaned mine and noticed a difference.
replaced since it was $40 at the time.
give it a try.
