question are these motor mounts only for stick cars or can an auto do the same mod

The only thing different in the mounts is the tranny mount. Im pretty sure the rest are the same.

I honestly would get traction bars instead of motor mounts. I bought energy suspension mminserts and my car vibrated badly. I mean I could tell a slight difference but again traction bars would also cure the same thing. I know this is not on topic but just wanted to share experience.

Energy suspension makes for autos too. but like the guy above said, all mounts are pretty much the same except for the tranny side. i'm looking for motor mounts my self. i'm thinking about going with the inserts, but what do you guys think?

If you mounts are torn/ripped/falling apart. I'd get new ones. But if you dont want to spend the money. Inserts will help out a little bit.
