Just take your VIN number to any Acura dealer and they should be able to give it to you.

after you pop out the backup fuse and the ecm fuse for a few minutes, reinsert the fuses. Turn off all accessories in the car and start the car without hitting the brakes or the throttle and let it idle for ten minutes. Then turn the car off. Now your ecm is reset.

holy smokers folks...just pull the backup fuse, and don't touch the throttle pedal after popping the fuse back in on the restart. please don't wait 10 min. with the engine warmed up and off, pull thebackup fuse, put it back in after 2 sec. , start the car let it idle...done. if you did it right, you'll need the radio code and to reset the clock. shouldn't this be in some article somewhere? it's pretty basic. you do NOT , and I repeat do NOT, need to pull the ecu fuse!!!....cubeman....please, you do enough damage over at SHO with your misinfo guessing..not here please.

I got pissed off after I read this comment and looked up the procedure again in the Helms 96 Integra Service manual.

It reads the following:

Page 11-29

II. Engine Control Module (ECM) Reset Procedure

Either of the following actions will reset the ECM.

·Use the ODB-II scan or Honda PGM Tester to Clear the ECM’s memory.
·Turn the ignition switch OFF. Remove the BACK UP (7.5 A) fuse from the under-hood fuse/relay box for 10 seconds.

I apologize for the misinformation, I was wrongly informed at the site I got the directions from.
I was wrong Michael, you are a god, I am sorry.

...let's just say you need to check YOUR facts more before YOU post...

nobody's perfect, including me, but man, every post I've read over at SHO by you recently was slightly off on something just like this one. You havin a bad week? Hell I make mistakes too dude but all I'm saying to you is double check BEFORE you post....at least for this week anyway....you're on a roll...
