Im plannign on spraying about a 55 shot of nitrous for now..

however id ont liek how the stock redline is at 6900 what would need built and what kind of ecu could i go with so i can go longer through each gear.. is this a good idea becuase i'll be spraying nitrous? and is it basically as easy as a programable ecu? anything else need upgraded?

ok so your gonna take your STOCK motor, push it PAST redline and then top it out with some N20 for added STRESS?


yes, a chipped ecu is all you need to destroy your engine. g/l

rod bolts need to be changed to push past the oem rev limit on ls motors.

but IMO your going inside the motor might as well add pistons and rods

your motor wasn't made to be revved past that... they set your redline there for a reason and i just don't think spraying it at an RPM it was not even built to run stock... is a good idea
