would you say 60.00 is a good incentive to give to the painter to do an extra good job, I only have 500.00 flat to get my car painted, after the body mod's I am doing. thanks for you advice.

shoot if i was the painter, i would made sure your car would look super clean...i think he will fell obligated to make your car look good, and have a great paint job.

Paint is definately those things where you get what you pay for. Just save up more money and get things done right. You spend all this money on your body mods yet you aren't going to pay for your quality paintjob?

yeah, look around...I got a KILLER deal at 1100 AND they took out a buncha little dents and dings. I went back 2 months later and they even touched it up. They did a GREAT job that was a local shop here in santa Barbara area. So I would say save up, look around, and by the time you have the money, you should find a shop thatll help you out....if you DoNT want to wait...then tipping the guy definately sounds like a good incentive.

Most painters take pride in their work no matter how much they are getting paid. But they always appreciate the extra.
