driver side window switch is messed up

my window button on my driverside is retarded. its wiggles up and down as if it was loose. and it takes multiple times of me wiggling it up and down to finally get my window to just go down. goign up doesnt hesitate. can anyone help?

the junkyard here where i am rarely have any g3 sitting around. id liek to try to fix it.

then go on ebay and get a new switch thats what you need.
