I have a spare set of 94-97 turn signals so I decided I would give it a shot, but first, a question:

Basically it seems simple, just remove the orange reflectors from the assembly, but getting in there isnt easy, so Im wondering if the baking method used on headlights would work the same on these to open them up? Im gonna give it a shot tonight when I get home from work

When I did mine DIY back in 96' I used a dremel with a cutting wheel to cut around the lights to pop out the amber section then siliconed it up good. It's was pretty ghetto but it worked.

I was considering the dremel also, just wondered about the baking thing, but I'm gonna go for the dremel. combine the clear lenses with the new silverstar bulbs and it will look niceeee! (think of the above picture, only with a blue bulb)

FYI - Baking the corners doesnt work. The plastic facing began to melt at the top before the sealant even got soft, so go for the dremel.
