Did some searching on this problem but the closest I got to answer was a soft clutch pedal. The problem is as follows. The clutch got real bad on Friday. Getting into the gears...first and reverse, was especially hard. Couldn't do much about it because it was the weekend. Putting in an exedy clutch. Problem is I gota drive the car to get the clutch put on. As I go to turn the car on the clutch pedal does not come back up when pressed. It just sits on the floor. Can't shift gears or anything. Checked for leaks...nothing remotely visible....any pointers on what to look for?

clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder.....

those would be my first guess. Check to make sure the fluids are there and not low.

also did you check under the steering wheel on the drivers side floor for a lil puddle?

if the clutch master cylinder was leaking it would show there.

Yeah did that...no leaks, mind you it could have dried up. It does get warm out here in CA during the day.

Now if I do need to replace the Master and Slave Cylinders, how much do they run for at a honda-acura dealer?
