is the only way to stop injectors clicking to buy new ones ?

change the seals...the rubber goes brittle and hard and transfers the noise easily. get them cleaned and balanced while they're out. www.rceng.com has a service like that...they must have one in the UK or you can FedEx to rc and email them your situation to have it FedEx'd back to you. Turnaround time is pretty quick.

i found something out about this today, the gsr O-rings consist of two parts: 1 rubber ring (2mm)and 1 plastic ring (2mm)but as the gsr never came out over here i had to buy type R ones which was a bit of luck because the type R ones are a one peice rubber ring (4mm)which completely replaces the two rings on the gsr.

and wow what a difference with the hood closed i can't here the engine running

well its been a week now and the clicking has come back.

i have a skunk2 IM and when i installed it i had to leave out the plastic spacers that go between the IM and the fuel rail.

could this be the problem ?
