Does anyone know what all the wires in the G3 cigarette lighter area are for? Mainly the white w/ blue stripe. I think it is the power to the heating element. But, before I zap my fingers I thought I'd check. And if it is, is it constant?
BTW- I can't find my multi-meter or I'd check.

Thanks mr. z. You know, if I didn't always get an error message that reads something like this; Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e21', I would try searching more often.
