hey my car wont go into fifth gear. the car has a stock clutch with 124k miles on it. I bought a new clutch but before i put it in i want to make sure that theres nothing wrong with the tranny/syncros or the 5th gear.

is it just the clutch or something else?

single gear issues are usually the tranny

Does it grind at all, and still not go in? Have you tried to rev match when putting in 5th?
