First it sounds like we are talking about a Civic on an Integra forum. But if we are talking about an Integra with a Civic B16 swap, it is a vtec head, right?

If so, then scrap the FMU and the LS ECU and do it right. Get a vtec OBD1 ECU and Hondata/Chrome/etc or a standalone like AEM EMS.

FMUs are kinda like a type of tunning.

They guess within a certain range at the amount of fuel u need and it does not use many after market parts... its more of a brute form of tunning... it can work but in the long run its going to cost you more than if u spent the money to use a proper fuel management system and fuel injectors...

if money is an issue chip your ecu with crome or crome pro, and use fuel injectors from a DSM or RX series turbo engines along with a resistor box.

FMUs can be lethal to your engine because they overwork the parts.. in perticular the fuel injectors. they make them work hard ALL the time under boost.

But to answer your question again... You cannot tune a FMU because the FMU itself is sort of a form of tunning.. but its a different more crude more brute form...
