Hey,

I bought a 94 integra in 2001 from a dealer who brought the car in from the states. When I bought it the car was certified but there is no DRL unit in the car. Can I get it certified without the DRL unit in the car? If not is it not the dealers responsibily who I bought the car from since he imported it?

no it cant be certified without drl, as for who's resposibility it is you should check that with the mto

i thought as long as you have fog lights you dont need DRL's. that is why you see some 2004-2006 cars without DRL's (ex: Dodge Caravan and Ford trucks)
