Okay, Me and my friends were going to go to carlsbad this saturday for our first runs...but change of plans. We're going to go to california speedway now. For the guys who've been there, do you run good e/t's there?..I heard at carlsbad you run really good et's but don't know about fontana. Also, is the elevation really high, and how's the track conditions at fontana? thanks..

fontana isn't the best for ET's, most have trouble at that track it seems. Traction is very bad especially for those of us with street tires since they don't allow you to drive around the burnout puddle.

Even if it is higher elevation than Carlsbad, its not as high as LACR. If you do decide to go to fontana, tell us how it is, I'm trying to find somewhere better than LACR to run.

Elevations

Carlsbad: 200'
fontana: 1121'
Palmdale: 2640'

You'll definitely see the best times at Carlsbad. fontana's elevation does add to ET a bit, the main problem there I'd say though is traction because of the wet launchpad.
