you wont need to necessarily roll the fender if you are using 18's. I have 18's on 215/35 tires, lowered about 2 inches, and only scrape the tires on the fender lining if i turn the wheel as far as it will go, and that is on the front fender which you wont be rolling.

I believe it really depends on the suspension that you are using. The stiffer the rates, the less compressing your suspension will be doing, meaning the tires wont be bouncing off of the fender.
