Ok, I installed my suspension about a week ago (neuspeed sport springs and tokico adj. struts), and the left side sits a tad lower than the right. I think the problem is in the left rear, because when I make the suspension flex alot, I hear a creaking noise from the left rear. Could this be a bad bushing? If not, what could it be, and should I replce the part on both right and left sides? Thanks!

theres a few things to check
1-make sure all the bolts are torqued to spec
2-if they are progressive springs make sure the tighter coils are on the bottom
3-check your bushings

btw this is a 2 year old thread

well even though this thread is 2 years old, im having the same problem from the front left. H&R sports on tokico illuminas. Im double checkign everything if its torqued to specs, the springs are siting the right way and are seated right, and bushings seemed to be good. only makes the noise after I go out for a drive.

so what if its two years old, if some people have problems with bushings, we got the right to post up.. stop bashing.. that why i did do a search, and there wasnt good enough info that i needed, and maybe wanted more..

but yea... lostandfound, ime to when i drive it starts to make these slashin sounds, or when the car is in park, i jerk the car back and forth and makes these weird sounds. do u have that prob too? i know its not the ball joints..

you know its not the balljoints? Did you replace those?
just a suggestion but the rear trailing arm bushing is probably beat to hell if you have suspenion mods spring/struts/poly bushing in the front but not the rear that kinda thing, you see the suspenion is not really front and back but rather 1 unit that works all together or not properly(does that make sense) you dont just do something in the front and expect a improved/better ride you do the whole thing or other parts in the system start to lack... by the way this is the same way you would build the engine to meet your end goal or opposite of lego building if you will... i guess im saying check all the parts in the whole system could be a bushing that is bad stressing the other components.

ps did you know the plural of bushing is bushing true fact.

mirdock, only thing I notice is after a drive I get out, the drivers side front makes a creak, and when I push down on it it does it too. I also have a clunking sound if I rip the wheel back and forth. Im still investigating it, have to double check torque specs tomorrow. I know the kid I got it from said somethign about the camber kit making a clunking noise and I should regrease it, I know he got a cheap ebay one.

i have this problem too, and wanna know... but its coming fro mthe driver side front? could it be the bushingS?
Do you all (i.e. those having the squeakys) have polyurethane bushings? White lithium grease or even petroleum jelly should solve most squeaky polyurethane bushing problems.

Hope this helps
