Just bought a acura integra 91 LS I think... but it doesn't run, it's been sitting for a year. Wondering what to do, as in just add fuel coolant oil and a battery, and try to start it up. This is my first car ever, and I'm new to working on anything cars. Hope to get some help. Thanks much!

make sure all your fluids are good. if it has fuel in it you may want to drain it and put fresh fuel in it before trying to crank it. if it wont start check for compression, spark, and fuel delivery. from there it gets a bit more tricky

The distributor, the little black cap wasn't screwed in all the way, so it wasn't getting any spark, changed the spark plugs too. I do need to adjust the fuel ratio, smells like it's running a little rich.
