Okay I know the obvious answer is check your owner's manual (35 psi in the front, and 33 psi in the back).

But it's no secret that the Michelin XGT v4's that came with newer integras are no ordinary tire, no sir, they are not. They are GARBAGE!!!

(This question BTW pertains to everyday driving, and NOT on the track).

I noticed that when I took my car in for servicing @ acura, they re-adjusted the pressure to about 25-30 psi.

I assume cuz they know a thing or two about the crap tires that came with my acura.

So what do you think is the best pressure (for front & back)?

Less pressure will have a softer ride, but looser handling. More pressure you will feel more bumps, but the handling will feel stiffer.

Play around with the pressure depending on what you want out of your car. High pressure if you just care about handling, low pressure if you want a smooth ride, and somewhere inbetween if you want a compramise.
