I would like to have my car have a nice blue tint when I turn on my neons. I don't know where the best places to put them are though. I was going to put one under my pedals, under the passenger side part, what about the back? Underneath my seat and the passengers?

Ok, I'll put 8"'s all around, one under my dash, one uner passenger dash, 1 under my seat and 1 under passenger seat. That should make all front and back blue, correct??I don't have enough money for underbody-kit but those are stupid anyways cause the law says I can't drive with them on.

Ok, I just got myself 2 9" blue neons. I don't plan on buying any more for a little while. Should I still put these under my dash and passenger dash or should I be more creative? Where do you suggest?

Look at my link in my sig. That's where i thought were the best places to put them.
What sizes are the ones you have in the pictures? The two next to your *cough* Jensen *cough* deck look like 8" or 9", what are the back ones.If someone is walking on the street, can they see your blue lights? I put mine on the top of my car (inside the car) and even that was hard to tell that the car was blue.

Now, if I wanna hook a switch up to these lights so that I can quickly turn it off or on when I see a copper go by, would I connect all of the ground wires from all of the neons to a switch or would I have to connect all the positive wires to a switch??

There are no neons that cost 500$!
Underbody kits. Good ones are. May not seem like it to you Americans but we Canadians have it sh*tty. Sure we can buy $300 ones at the stores but those suck and break easily if a rock hits it. The best to get are over the internet and they all want American funds.

In America if you spend over $500 usd for an underbody kit or any kind of neons......that's one big rip off. Retail for an underbody kit here should be around $300 at most. Good places for neons would be under the dash and under the car. Besides the underbody kit and under the dash anymore would be too ricy for me.

Yes, I know this but please tell me what your American $300 is in Canadian money. Over $500 correct? Did you not understand me saying that already?
