Thats kinda what I thought.

But I was trying to get some ideas about different fluids such as GM syncromesh or RP synchromax or even penzoil's version.....

Honda makes the best fluid for Hondas. If your car is a street car even with use like auto x, Honda mtf is what you should use. I used both redline and honda in my daily driver that does 300+ miles per week and raced every Sunday, and I found that the Honda MTF was the best for my gs-r.

i'm going to be using GM syhcro fricition modified when i change my fluids, i used that in my civic, and i loved it, even fixed my 3rd gear grind, or if not gm i'm going to get motul.

Most will say that the Honda fluid is the best out there to put in an Integra. I, however, heard great things about the Penzoil version, and have great success with it as have many of my friends.

I don't know specifically for an ITR tranny. Safe bet is Honda's mtf.
