Well I think I may a couple bent valves, not positive but I cannot come up with any other explaination of why I am burning a lot of oil in the high rpms, thought it might be rings but i'm lead to believe it may be a bent valve or 2 because I did in fact overrev once.

I've got 1300$ to spend, I WILL BE BOOSTED, so im wondering what kind of benifits I may wreek by going with an upgraded valvetrain over OEM? I know I will probably need a bigger cam but if I can get quite a bit of power and be able to rev a lot higher i'm all for it.

Valves, Springs, Retainers... No rockers, possibly a cam if required to optimize powerband.
