Worried about how thin the cylinder walls are , & im thinking on wheather to go all motor fully built ( no machine work ) , or leaving it alone and buying an engine swap with vtec to build . I've heard boost is cheaper also so Idrk which direction to go in but I eventually atleast want 300/350hp . What do you guys think is more suitable for a decent budget ,

If you're looking for 300whp NA, it's not going to happen. At least not realistically. If you're planning on boosting a B20, I highly recommend sleeving. As you stated, the cylinder walls are thin.
