I have read the turbo articles already, they were really helpful. The engine is going to be completely torn down and rebuilt with proper components for high boost, but what do you guys recommend, and B18B or B18C? End goal is to get around 300 or so HP at the crank. How much boost will I need, and how much $ should I look at for building the engine to handle it? I am completely new to turbos and am just looking for rough estimates, none of this will be happening for a year or so, so I still have plenty of research time. Thanks!

B18B for sure ! Why you ask ? Lower compression ! You can always make the B18C lower compression but it's $$$ !

To reach 300hp to the crank you will need to run 12-15psi just guessing. For pistons and rods...close to 1k just for parts give or take a bit. It's very easy to spend more...depends on what all you want to do.
