B16a integra rough idle and smoke

Hey guys, I am new to this forum and recently purchased a 93 integra with a jdm b16a swap. I was wondering if this rough idle and smoke was normal, the rpm’s bounce a little at idle until I drive it. Any ideas on what could be causing this? I really don’t wanna rebuild the engine, thanks! And I will upload pics and a vid below.
it seems like a blown head gasket but I am really hoping otherwise.
