I may be posting this in the wrong thread and if so I apologize. I have a 94 integra ls 5-speed, my block was screwed so I bought a full b18b1 pulled from an 99 auto integra, I swapped the flywheel, clutch, transmission. And throttle body. I dropped it in my teggy and I’m using the same wiring harness from the auto integra. (My original harness is in my garage lol) didn’t know if I needed to swap the harness over or not. But after putting it in and attaching all hoses, vacuum lines, harness etc. the engine will not crank. Turn key and there is nothing, not even a sound. I was wondering if it had anything to do with the harness maybe it’s not realizing the clutch is pressed idk. Any help would be amazing.

Either your starter is still disconnected, or the ECU isn't seeing the clutch pushed in via the clutch switch.

I have both connections connected on starter firmly. (This is my first time doing any kind of swap) still learning as I go. Any way to tell or test if it is the clutch switch? Or should I swap the harnesses?

I would just swap harnesses. It seems as though everything worked prior with the harness that you had.

I will give that a shot, just to be safe where are all ground locations to make sure I am grounded properly

You would need to open a service manual for that information.

First, does at least the dash light up when you turn the key? Assuming all the other electronics in the car work, if you get nothing when you turn the key, either the starter isn't wired correctly (usually lacking ground) or one of the very few wires in the ignition circuit got cut during the work. It's also possible that something happened to the starter during the engine swap. Have you bench tested it or gone under the car and hit it with battery voltage directly?
