you wont be able to safely boost as high.
usually if you planning on boost you want lower compression. That is why the ls engine is favored for a stock turbo set-up.
I am planning on turboing my gsr down the road to 10+psi. I am going to go with 8.5-9:1 compression ratio pistons and a sleeved block.
higher compression is usually saved for a na set-up
