i'm with mike, i've owned almost every brand there is and hav nevr bought or even thought of another for that matter after getn my V1. the directional arrows on it so you know where to look r the bomb! ex. if there's just a small blip and its bhind you then keep on drivn and chkn your rearview and signal strength to see if he's comin up bhind you, if the arrow points up front slam on the brakes!! what other detector can give you that for under 400 bucks!!!

Thanks for the suggestion i saw those, but im on a tight budget. By the way, i meant a 9860...not 9869.

if your that tite for cash get it, its not bad radar


but all radars dont work if your drive out of control..in front of everyone else on the highway ,etc ,etc . with that radar your probably gonna get more false alarms. cobra radars r good, but dont compare to valentine and escort
