What's up all, curious as to whether or not stainless steel brake lines are worth the $$. My car's mostly street for now (maybe start autox in the far future), was wondering if these would make a diff in stopping distance or keep my brakes from fading when it's all stop and go when driving to work. And what's a good brand? Thanx.

Get good pads (hawk HPS?) and goodridge lines and good fluid (motul 600) too.
I got all that except the pads (getting them next)... honestly on the street you will not notice much difference. If you do racing though, you might notice a lot of difference. Most of the stopping difference will be noticed from the Hawk pads.

The stainless lines will give you a more consistent pedal feel, maybe a little stiffer too, than the stock rubber lines.
