With a non-adjustable, you get what you get. And you better hope you can handle all of the new found rotational forces that will manifest themselves in your rear end. That is assuming that you are talking about an upgraded rear sway.

Now with the adjustable one, you could turn the stiffness down, and work it up gradually, as you get used to the new set-up.

I started with mine set to soft with the stock suspension, moved it to medium on upgraded shocks and springs, and then finally moved it to fully stiff once I got used to the handling and wanted more rotation.

Now I have even adjusted my dampers to wring a little bit more rotation out of the car, lol.

Rotation ... FTW!
