Two months ago I had an accident where I hit someone from behind. They had no damage but there tow bar made a hole in my front bumper.
A week ago a lady hit me from behind and cracked open my rear bumper. It was clearly her fault and since she is going to pay for the damages im also going to get my front bumper fixed.
My question is can plastic bumpers be repaired? I thought they can't be repaired and the only option is a new one. I've got 3 quotes/options and advice would be good thanks. NOTE:I live in melb, aust $AUS

1) $600 new rear bumper
2) $650 repaired front and rear bumper
3) $600 new rear bumper + $200 fixed front

I was thinking that since im going to get a new bumper all together. If i decide to put on a 98 rear and 98 front bumper would that be noticeable?

Do 98 bumpers have a lower lip than the 95 bumpers?
I don't want to put a 98 bumper which would then make my car look weird because my sides arent low and are just stock 95

thanx
