When i accelerate. My car seems to be sluggish..then it bumps as if getting kicked in the butt and accelerates a lot faster. anyone know what this is? and how do i tighten my throttle cable...i moved the one nut over but i couldn't get the other one to move. Thanks!

Sounds like a gear ratio problem. Maybe your timing...
How many miles on your teg? Could be a clutch problem.. Or posibly a clogged cat..
I have 88k miles on it. Clutch is in great shape..not sure about the cat.
Maybe clogged injectors? Try a bottle of octane booster on 92+ octane gas..
