i have a 99 1.8 auto. super fun car i bought for 500 bucks. guy hit a deer, no abs, no airbags, blown high beam head light. leaks a little tranny fluid. I have a steady leaky rack and pinion. I looked up how to remove and replace with a reman. After removing from car, the "yoke adjustment nut" the big one is out 1/8 inch and i finger tightened it. Could it be that easy? tighten it down and reinstall is the question? i am going to call around to see if someone can pressure test it off car. If not should i just tighten and throw it back in?
thanks

You need the steering rack adjustment tool to tighten it or a 40mm wrench

Part number for the honda wrench 07916-SA50001 WRENCH (40MM)
