i have a 99 integra ls and it will not idle if i have my foot on the gas it is fine it sounds a little choppy when i’m j sitting there but when i’m driving it’s perfectly fine but if my foot isn’t on the gas the car will drop to 500 rpm n then die

Sounds like your IAC valve is either clogged or otherwise not functioning. I'd say it could be unplugged, but that would immediately through a CEL. FYI, idle speed for the B18B1 with the IAC disconnected is 480+/-50
