You can run the car on stock injectors making sure that the intercooler pipe is disconnected as you drive to jeff evans. I've done it MANY times before. At the shop that you tune, you can then put in your injectors at the time of dyno. You will not "overspin" the turbo and as long as you keep yourself under control, you'll be fine.

This is Nate's boy, some pieces he snagged off of kids used but in almost mint condition, some are new.. depends on what he could get. It all depends upon how much your looking to spend. He is already over budget but for the parts he bought they were better then what he was planning on getting. Ill call him get him on here...

Thanks J-dawg! Yes ive been pieceing this kit together for over a year. Some parts were found used on here, HT and a few other sites and then NOLIMITMOTORSPORTS helped me out greatly. We should see if we can pick them up as a sponser. Parts were next'd day'd to me. which was sweet!

TheShodan (turbomaster) - ive read a lot of your other posts and you give a ton of great feedback and great advice, i would trust the possibility of driving like you said but my boy has a trailer with a power'd wench so were prob just gonna use that.

Azpoolz - take your time and search for good parts, if you have to spend a little more to get the quality stuff i would suggest it...

A little sneak peak for everyone...
YUMMY..

Mani before #1...

Mani before #2...

Mani fresh out of the shop... (special coating)

Ill keep updating with parts as they come in and as i get them up!

k3nny- They dipped it in a material to help dissipate heat. It looks crome but its a silverish color. When i go to install ill get better pics of everything!

CryFarKilla - What setup does your buddy have? how many lbs of boost is he running and does he have a dyno sheet?

This project will be on going, i want to get it up and running for now and i will add it more goodies later, but there are more important things i want to focus on before i just go all out on my car. I will own this car for a longgg time comming and hopefully i will be able to join my buddys race team down the road. We will see its still a ways down the road. Thanks for the comments fella's.

Yep between me and my friends we have spent the past year and within a weekends time we can have a car up and running..

We did his DD during spring vaca in 2 days. His other car is the monster drag car that is comming along quite well.

Im awaiting a few little parts and for my oil lines to be made and then it should be setting up a day. But i dont think its going to happen until the july'ish timeframe.

I stay far far away from anthing that remotly made me think it was ssautocrap... i spent a little more then i wanted but it was all for the better. And its should last me way longer then just one day...

Im not sure of what material it is but it was about 300 bucks for the exhaust housing and mani to be dipped and what a difference it makes... i saw it for the first time in person today.. all i can say is AMAZING!

Turbo teardown begun today. I got everything off, Ac and radiator is out, the exhaust header is out, all old motor mounts are out, Safc2 was pulled, Autometer A/F was removed..

Hastport race mounts are in, Manifold was test fitted, Walbaro 255 fuel pump is in, Oil pan was marked for oil return line, oil lines were partialy built, parts were ordered(couplers, t-clamps, 3" thermal exhaust, water temp gauge, boost gauge), we made a homemade vac unit like golden eagles... (ill post pics later)

I forgot my camera but i should be returning up there in the next few days.

Thanks to my AFAP Racing LLC Crew they are the best! Shirts, hood spacers, and vac units will be up forsale soon!

BTW this is our main car for our AFAP Race team... (a lot more has been done since this pic)

Enjoy!! Ill keep updates as i work on my car!

Ok Guys and Gals who have been awaiting updates... here they are... for the most part ill let the pics do the talking...

Its about 75% complete, Here is my baby...

Here is my friends motor with and without his 4" dp.. (you can see my teggy in the backgound!)

Ill put a more detailed idea of whats being done sometime this week but its back to wrenching for me!! Enjoy!

Thanks everyone! Its been a long time comming and i cannot wait to get this beast up and running.

My sister got a digital video camera so ill definatly be takin some crazy videos for everyone.

Thanks for the support!!
H2on0da3 - we will have your car boosted soon! BTW sell that knock off and get something better!

jesussaves4024 - Thanks, Start saving your money and researching ive been saving and researching for about 2 years now. I finally decided to take the plunge...

VanessaLS- Thanks Vanessa! Im glad i was able to meet you on non-vtec.com. Too bad you live to far! ;-)

My safc2 was pulled and the company who installed it did a horrible job. They also really messed up when they put in my new clutch, stripping threads in my upper tranny mount and destroying both of my lower motor mounts, missing bolts.. It was bad news i should have realized from the beinning. But im in the process of fixing all that. Safc was pulled and the wires were fixed and new ecu was put in (im just awaiting the chip) But all in all its slowly being accomplished.

Ill keep updates comming as the car continues to be bewested!
