so 215-45-16 is what you recommend. Will those be a little to thick so when I turn theyll rub. If so I dont want that . Thats why Im considering 215-40-16

205 45 16 would be closer to stock and would have less chance of rubbing.

I ran 205/40/16 with a 2.25 fr/2.0 rr drop and had no rubbing issues. 215/40/16's are only about 1 percent (8 mm) taller than 205/40/16's, so with only a 1.8 fr/1.5 rr drop I am certain you'll be fine.

I ran 205 45 r16 potenza. perfect fit especially with turning. I now run the 205 40 R16 and i feel like its a big down grade cause my turning sucks balls because it feels like i dont have any power steering. but yea, run with the 205 45 R16

I've had 205/40/16, 205/40/17, 215/40/17, and 205/50/15 tires on my car. By far I like my 205/50/15's the best. But if I bought 16's again, I would get 205/45/16 tires because I think 215/40/16 is a litte wide and a little too low profile. Trust me, if there's a lot if potholes around your area, 40 profile is gonna suck.
