I have 1997 Integra LS. It tries to crank up, but it isn’t turning over. It ran fine for 30 minutes the other day, sounded like it was dying, and cut off.

Has 270k, timing was changed a few years ago.
The battery is brand new.
All the grounds have been changed.
All of the fuses have been checked and are fine.
Main relay is new.
Distributor, plugs, and wires are all new.
Fuel pump is brand new and turns on like it’s supposed to.

I am completely stumped on what to do.

What do you mean it "tries to crank up, but isn't turning over"?

The engine turning over is in fact, cranking. Are you stating that it's cranking but not starting?

I guess the terminology is different for everyone, but that is what I mean. It turns over but isn’t starting.

At first, I pulled the distributor off my ‘00 integra parts car and it continued to do the same. I found another one lying around, same thing. I ordered a new one off of eBay, and it did the same thing. 😬
